A special meeting was held at Fresco’s Restaurant on November 8th with guest of honour DG Scott D Marcin, JD in attendance. He was also able to take time to congratulate our own Mary Howard for becoming a member of the Rotary Foundation Benefactor Society.
Despite a pull-up Rotary banner that seem determined to take out anyone who came near it by snapping down to the ground, Scott delivered an inspirational message for the 2023-34 Rotary year.
Janet Allan thanked Scott on behalf of the Club and delivered our usual $1000 cheque in support of the Eradicate Polio Campaign.
